Why Resilience Alone Isn’t Enough — And What It Really Takes to Become Shatterproof
For years, we’ve been told that resilience is the ultimate goal—the ability to bounce back, endure, and power through life’s challenges. But as organizational psychologist and bestselling author Dr. Tasha Eurich explains in her groundbreaking new book Shatterproof, that narrative is not only outdated—it’s dangerously incomplete.
In her compelling conversation with Passion Struck host John R. Miles, Eurich unpacks three pervasive myths of resilience that have quietly infiltrated our cultural mindset. The first myth?
